About the team
Stripe’s core mission is to help businesses around the world operate with ease. The APAC’s Revenue and Growth team is responsible for accelerating Stripe’s business in the region with a user-first mindset, supporting our customers to deliver to their ambitious growth goals, fast. Our Global Sales Vendor teams are critical to this mission, delivering a wide array of customers a consistently outstanding, high-velocity start with Stripe.
What you’ll do
The APAC Sales Vendor Manager will be a key member of the APAC Sales Development organization. As the APAC Sales Vendor Lead, you will be primarily responsible for leading Stripe’s sales vendor programs across JAPAC enabling growth for our users as well as our business. This will require building strong partnership with our third party vendors to optimize sales performance, establishing successful collaborative relationships with Stripe marketing & sales, and both designing and delivery of revenue-maximizing initiatives for vendors.

- Partner productively with third-party sales suppliers to deliver outstanding results for new Stripe users & our SMB business across APAC
- Establish transparent & collaborative partnerships with in-region sales & marketing stakeholders
- Continuously influence & improve our global GTM strategy, operations, and enablement to ensure we continue to impact more users, more efficiently over time

Minimum requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, in a program management, vendor management and/or sales role
- You have a proven track record of strong performance against sales targets, including a deep understanding of driver's of successful sales outcomes & leading teams to deliver
- You thrive in a collaborative environment involving internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts, and can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
- Proven record of designing and delivering impactful sales programs spanning multiple countries / regions, ideally APAC-wide
- You have the capacity to own and execute multiple projects simultaneously, balancing core performance with building new, strategic initiatives
- You have a history of developing and managing end-to-end project plans and ensuring on-time delivery
- You have a history of successful asynchronous collaboration & coordination as part of a global team
- You will be expected to travel for this role
Preferred qualifications
- You have experience working in B2B technology or payments industry
- You have exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, working with CRM reporting, large datasets, spreadsheets and SQL
Hybrid work at Stripe
Our Chicago, Dublin, and Singapore teams spend at least 50% of their time in their local offices. We believe that more in-person interactions will contribute to better results for our employees and Stripe. Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$154,000 - S$208,400. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
